Happy Japanese cherry blossom season everyone! To celebrate this, and the season of spring, head on over to Sakura at Sake no Hana, the gorgeous new pop-up cherry blossom garden.
The St. James’s Street bar will be lavished with a spectacular pink floral display from floor to ceiling until 19th May, surrounding guests while they enjoy their limited edition cherry blossom cocktails, bento boxes and desserts. To mark the cherry blossom season, Sake no Hana teamed up with renowned florist Veevers Carter in order to truly capture the essence of the centuries-old traditional Japanese celebration.
Drawing inspiration from the “sakura” blossom and “hanami”, Sakura at Sake no Hana has excelled themselves in putting on a unique surrounding for their lucky guests. Booking a table is advised in order to enjoy one, or more, of the limited edition cocktails, which includes the Hanami Bellini Cocktail (Sparkling sake, Luxardo cherry liqueur, Heering cherry liqueur, lime, Tanqueray gin), and the Sakuratini Cocktail (Maraschino cherry liqueur; sake, vodka, Cointreau, cranberry juice, lime, orange bitters).
Hungry? Then indulge yourself in the Sakura Crystal Double-Layer Bento Box, which includes a miso soup starter, a first layer of a seven-spice chicken kuwayaki and spring salad with sesame dressing, and a second sushi layer comprised of salmon avocado, spicy tuna and California rolls, and chu-toro and salmon sashimi.
